Design. Development. Production Management

Our unique approach to our clients’ projects has set us apart in the industry and allowed us to secure and fulfil key projects. We provide a complete turnkey service which comprises 3 key phases:

Design

This is the consultation stage with the client to establish the requirements of the project and arrive at a concept which will fulfil the requirements of all involved parties and provide a framework for the technical development of the product. This essentially sets the parameters wherein innovation develops. It is important at this stage that we agree who is responsible to contribute or undertake the various elements of the project, so that we can fulfil any warranty and guarantee obligations.

Development

When we move onto the fulfilment of the concept design, we take the concept and turn it into reality, integrating state of the art mechanics, materials and electronics ensuring we maintain a consistent design theme and quality assurance in every part and function of a product. We innovate to create a practical and simple solution that not only provides the optimal experience for the end-user but provides innovative time-saving and cost-saving benefits for the installer.

We will collaborate with you at every point as a partner, presenting information and feedback in a simple, concise, and easy to understand fashion. Once you have given your approval to the designs, we will generate prototypes for on-site testing. If any adjustments are needed, we will implement these, conducting further field tests until all parameters are satisfied.

Moving to the approval process, as required, we will test to all industry standards and relevant accreditation as required by the authorities or you as the client. Homologation, Type Approval and CE accreditation, among other approvals are all part of our service package.

Production Management

Rather than relying solely on our internal production capacity, constrained by technical capabilities and manufacturing space, we have established key production partnerships with multiple manufacturers across Germany and Europe. We can offer considerable scale-up options, multiple technical capabilities and state of the art manufacturing processes.

A key part of the development stage is to identify and incorporate the state of the art and align the best partners. All sensitive areas of finishing are handled in house to ensure IP protection, cover any manufacturing gaps and to conduct quality control.

We manage the entire supply chain for your project, managing manufacturing numbers, quality control and delivery dates, ensuring your project runs smoothly.
